We hope you love your new Posh Heels purchase. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. The purchase must be returned in original packaging, in saleable condition, unworn and unused, for a Refund or Exchange. If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. Full terms and conditions can be found on our terms and conditions page.

NB: Please do not send the product to the manufacturer. Items purchased can only be returned to Posh Heels. Read our full returns policy here.

  1. If you created an account, log on to your ACCOUNT and request from there.
  2. If you did not create an account, click the GUEST REFUND link.

NB: Sales items are only eligible for exchange and not eligible for cash refund.

Please allow at least 7-14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account from when issue the refund. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment. We will process and issue your refund within 3 working days of receiving your returns.
