We hope you love your new Posh Heels purchase. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. The purchase must be returned in original packaging, in saleable condition, unworn and unused, for a Refund or Exchange. Please allow at least 7-14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account from when issue the refund. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment. We will process and issue your refund within 3 working days of receiving your returns.
