How to find your shoe size and fitting
1. With a measuring tape measure the width of the foot in millimetres around the widest part.
2. If one foot is wider than the other use the widest width measurement.
3. Find your shoe size in the left-hand column of the chart below, to find your width fitting according to your measurement.
Measuring Heel Height
Shoe height is measured in Centimetre’s (cm), by placing the heel on a flat surface and measuring to the top of the heel.
Returns Policy (including Sale items)
We hope you love your new Posh Heels purchase. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 30 days. If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. This is in addition to and does not affect your consumer rights. Full terms and conditions can be found on our terms and conditions page. Items purchased can only be returned to a Posh Heels store which accepts the currency used to purchase the items. Please do not send the product to the manufacturer.
Exclusions
Please note we are unable to accept returns for the following items unless found faulty:
Dyed/Customised Items including swatches (we advise you try for size prior to agreeing to dye).
Made to order products (i.e. items made in your own material, items jewelled to your specification).
Shoe Accessories such as innersoles and foot care products – unless unopened, unused and in original packaging.
Any items purchased in SALE beyond 14 days after delivery.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
To Return an item
Log on to your ACCOUNT, select your order and click return or refund option. If you did not create an account, use this link to request a refund or exchange GUEST REFUND link. Once approved, you will receive a return label with the return address (Also available below), attach it to the package, pay for the postage and post it back. Package the shoes carefully in their original box and secure outer wrapper where possible, and send them back. We will email you to let you know that your return has been processed within 3 working days of receiving it through the post.
Ensure you enclose the dispatch note in the parcel you are returning.
You will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
The refund for the goods returned will be in the form of the original payment.
We will issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if requested.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless if the product is faulty or an error on our part. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For UK Mainland purchases, we will refund £4.99 for refund or exchange reason "Trying sizes" to cover cost of postage.
If you are shipping an item over £100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you return them by post, we will process your refund once we have received your items. Please allow at least 14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment.
Northern Ireland & International Exchanges
We do not currently offer international exchanges , REFUND ONLY.
Sale Items
If the goods purchased were sale items, we will exchange or refund in vouchers or store credit.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
RAINBOW CLUB can transform your dyeable Rainbow Club Ivory shoes and accessories to any colour you desire. Order a Rainbow Club Colour Pack, it allows you to have your Rainbow Club shoes and accessories dyed to a bespoke colour of your choice.
How it works
Step 1 – Order your Rainbow Club dyeable shoes and/or accessories Step 2 – Order your Colour Pack – each colour pack contains a pre-paid returns bag for UK Mainland postage as well as an order form for you to complete and attach your chosen colour swatch. Step 3 – Once you have received your shoes and colour pack, try your shoes on to ensure they are the perfect fit. Complete the order form and attach your fabric swatch and send back to RAINBOW CLUB in the pre-paid bag* provided (*the pre-paid label is for UK Mainland and Northern Ireland ONLY). Once RAINBOW CLUB has received your order, their colour studio will work their magic and will mix, match and colour your shoes and accessories and send them back to you. Please note, you will need to order one Colour Pack per item. For example, if you wish to have two pairs of shoes dyed you will need to purchase two Colour Packs. If you’re looking to have a pair of shoes and a handbag dyed, you will need to order 1 x Women’s Colour Pack and 1 x Handbags and Shoe Clips Colour Pack. If you have any queries, please visit our FAQ’s page. This service is for bespoke colouring only. As part of the bespoke service, you must provide a swatch as a colour reference. We do not provide colour references for the bespoke service. Once your order has been received your shade is hand-mixed by one of our colour experts, carefully blending up to 20 pigments to get a precise match. The water-based environmentally friendly dye is delicately applied by hand, ensuring trims, lining and any embellishments are considered. The shoes are then left to dry naturally, to achieve the best results, before being inspected and packaged ready for delivery back to you.
